CR 03-1227-01-PHX-PGR ORDER REVOKING SUPERVISED RELEASE

A Petition for Revocation of Supervised Release having been filed and the Defendant having admitted the allegation that he violated Standard Condition #3 and Special Condition #1 of his conditions of supervised release, and the Court having found that Defendant has violated the terms of supervised release,
IT IS THE JUDGMENT OF THIS COURT THAT Defendant's supervised release is REVOKED. IT IS ORDERED committing defendant to the custody of Bureau of Prisons for a term of SIX (6) MONTHS. IT IS FURTHER ORDERED sentencing Defendant to a term of THIRTY (30) MONTHS Supervised Release upon defendant's release from custody.

Within 72 hours of release from custody of the Bureau of Prisons, you shall report in person to SUPERVISED RELEASE

the Probation Office in the district to which you are released. You shall comply with the

standard conditions of supervision adopted in General Order 04-11 and the following additional

special conditions:

3. You shall abstain from all use of alcohol or alcoholic beverages. 2. You shall submit your person, property (including but not limited to computer, electronic devices, and storage media), residence, office, or vehicle to a search conducted by a probation officer, at a reasonable time and in a reasonable manner. 1. You shall participate as instructed by the probation officer in a program of substance abuse treatment which may include testing for substance abuse. You shall contribute to the cost of treatment in an amount to be determined by the probation officer.

You shall submit to evaluation and/or treatment in an approved domestic violence prevention program as directed by the probation officer. You shall contribute to the cost of treatment in an amount to be determined by the probation officer.

IT IS FURTHER ORDERED dismissing all remaining allegations in the petition. IT IS FURTHER ORDERED that the Defendant is remanded to into the custody of the United States Marshal's Service.
