A Petition for Revocation of Supervised Release having been filed and the Defendant having admitted the allegation that he violated standard condition #9 of his conditions of supervised release, and the Court having found that Defendant has violated the terms of supervised release,
IT IS THE JUDGMENT OF THIS COURT THAT Defendant's supervised release is REVOKED. IT IS ORDERED committing the Defendant to the custody of Bureau of Prisons for a term of FOURTEEN (14) MONTHS. IT IS FURTHER ORDERED that no term of supervised release is imposed in CR 03-01200-01 PHX PGR.

IT IS FURTHER ORDERED dismissing all remaining allegations of the petition.
