The United States, by and through its undersigned counsel, hereby respectfully moves this Court for an extension of time to file its Amended Second Supplemental Ex Parte Application to Defer Certain Discovery in this case. The United States requests an extension of time of one week to file the Application. The United States requests that this Application be filed on or before February 3, 2006. The reason for this request is that the attorney assigned to conduct the preliminary review of the material as detailed in the Second Supplemental Ex Parte Application to Defer Certain Discovery, Michael O'Melia, passed away on January 21, 2006. This has required the use of another attorney to review and complete the preliminary review. // // // //
