This is the time set for hearing on defendant's motion to continue trial. The defendant is directed to follow the medical instructions from the doctors at CCA. Defense counsel is directed to meet with Dr. Hamidi with the defendant present concerning whether or not the defendant should continue on the medications that have been prescribed, that the defendant has side effects and what those side effects are so the doctor can determine whether the medication should continue to be given to the defendant or if it should be altered. Defense counsel shall file a report with the Court by 1/7/08 outlining the findings. Defendant's motion to continue trial [doc. 220] is granted. Order to follow.
