COMES NOW PROBATION OFFICER Alicia R. Pineda presenting an official report on Pastor
Sauceda-Lopez who was committed to the Bureau of Prisons February 17, 2004, by the Honorable Earl
H. Carroll presiding in the District Court of Arizona. A 36—month period of supervised release was
imposed, and supervision commenced upon the offender's discharge from imprisonment May 6, 2005.
In addition to the general temws and conditions adopted by the court, the offender was ordered to comply
A with the following special conditions:
1. If deported, you shall not re-enter the United States without legal authorization.
Pastor Sauceda-Lopez was convicted of Transportation of Illegal Aliens, a violation of 8 USC
§1324(a)(1 )(A)(ii) and (a)(1)(B)(i), a Class C felony.
RESPECTFULLY PRESENTING PETITION FOR ACTION OF COURT FOR CAUSE
AS FOLLOWS:
Allegation A. Violation of Standard Condition No. 1: You shall not commit another federal, state
or local crime during the term of supervision.
On or about May 26, 2006, Sauceda-Lopez committed the new offense of Distribution of a Controlled
Substance, a violation of 195211, a felony. Thisiwas evidenced by a conviction in Crawford County
Circuit Court, Missouri, case no. 06A9CR0033401, for which he was sentenced to 15 years
imprisonment. Grade A Violation, §7B1.1(a)(1).
Allegation B. Violation of Special Condition No. 1: lf deported, you shall not re-enter the United
States without legal authorization.
On or about May 26, 2006, Sauceda-Lopez, using the name Geovannl Lopez Gonzalez, entered the
United States without legal authorization. This was evidenced by his May 26, 2006 arrest by the
Bourbon, Missouri, Police Department. This arrest was subsequent to his May 6, 2005 deportation.
Grade C Violation, §7B1.1(a)(3).
