15 hereby moves this court pursuant to Fed.R.Civ.P.6(b) for an enlargement of time limitations to 16 respond to the Petition for Writ of Habeas Corpus filed pursuant to 28 U.S.C. § 2255 by Phillip 17 James Chillemi. In order to properly respond to petitioner's claims, respondent's counsel 18 requires additional time to obtain transcripts and documents from the original case file in CR 0319 0917-PHX-PGR. The file is no longer in the office and must be retrieved from archives. 20 The response of the Respondent is presently due to be filed by May 21, 2007. 21 Respondent requests a 60 day extension, up to and including July 21, 2007, within which to file 22 the response.
