At the initial appearance in the above-captioned case, Magistrate Michelle Burns advised counsel that the "admit/deny" hearing would be scheduled before this Court for May 29, 2007, at 4:00 p.m. Undersigned counsel has a scheduling conflict on that date. I am serving as lead counsel in a federal death penalty case pending in the Southern District of California before the Honorable Larry A. Burns ­ United States v. Francisco Javier Arellano-Felix, Case No. 06CR2646-LAB. The Court has scheduled oral arguments on a series of pending motions for May 29, 2007, at 3:00 p.m.
