Upon motion of the defendant, Government having no objection, and good cause appearing, to wit: defendant participating in pretrial division program, IT IS HERBY ORDERED granting Defendant's Motion to Continue Trial Date as to defendant Kristina Ingles (04). The Court finds that the ends of justice served by granting a continuance outweigh the best interests of the public and the defendant in a speedy trial. This Court specifically finds that the failure to grant such a continuance would deny the defendant the reasonable time necessary for effective preparation, taking into account the exercise of due diligence. 18 U.S.C. § 3161(h)(8)(B)(iv). IT IS ORDERED continuing the trial from August 1, 2006 to February 6, 2007 at 9:00 a.m. as to defendant Ingles (04). IT IS FURTHER ORDERED vacating status hearing set for July 19, 2006 at 4:00

IT IS FURTHER ORDERED that excludable delay under Title 18 U.S.C. §3161(h)(8)(A) and (B) will commence on 8/2/06 through 2/6/07, for a total of 188 days. The Court notes that the indictment against co-defendant Rebecca Williams was dismissed without prejudice on 12/8/05 (docket no. 203). DATED this 7th day of July, 2006.
