Upon motion of the defendant, Government having no objection, and good cause appearing, to wit: investigation on-going which may result in new Indictment for an additional offense(s), IT IS HEREBY ORDERED granting Defendant's Motion to Continue Admit/Deny Hearing. This Court specifically finds that the ends of justice served by granting a continuance outweigh the best interest of the public and the defendant in a speedy hearing. This finding is based upon the Court's conclusion that the failure to grant such a continuance would deny the defendant the reasonable time necessary for effective preparation, taking into account the exercise of due diligence. 18 U.S.C. §3161(h)(8)(A). IT IS ORDERED resetting Admit/Deny Hearing re: Petition on Supervised Release from April 16, 2007 to Monday, May 7, 2007 at 4:00 p.m. in Phoenix, Arizona. Counsel is advised that on 4/6/07 the defendant stated in open court at a hearing held before Magistrate Judge Edward C. Voss that her true name was Oneida Galvez. Therefore, all further filings and proposed forms of order shall be filed using the true name.
