UNITED STATES DISTRICT COURT DISTRICT OF ARIZONA United States of America, CR-03-788-PHX-SMM Plaintiff, v. Rocio Sanchez, Defendant. The United States of America by and through its undersigned attorneys hereby move to dismiss the indictment in this matter as it pertains to the above named defendant without prejudice. The defendant was indicted as part of a large scale drug operation in July 2003. An arrest warrant has remained outstanding in excess of two years. There exist no current leads suggesting the whereabouts or apprehension of the above captioned defendant. The government would therefore move for the dismissal of the indictment as it pertains to the above named defendant without prejudice and that any outstanding arrests warrants be quashed.
