UNITED STATES DISTRICT COURT DISTRICT OF ARIZONA United States of America CR-03-662-PHX-FJM Plaintiff, v. Theodore Cienfuegos, Defendant. The United States of America, by and through undersigned counsel, hereby informs this court that counsel contacted the victim's mother, Gloria Noline on December 12, 2007. Government counsel explained the settlement reached and presented to the court by the parties regarding lost future income. The agreement stipulated that the court would order the defendant to pay a total of $175,000 in lost future income to the estate of the victim, Billie Jean Noline. In addition, both parties agree to forego any further appeals in this matter. Mrs. Gloria Noline and her husband William Noline are the personal representatives of the victim's estate. Mrs. Noline feels that the settlement is appropriate and is happy to have the matter finished. Consequently, the government requests that the court enter an amended judgement reflecting the agreement discussed in court. Further, the government requests that the court order the restitution to be paid to the estate of Billie Jean Noline through her personal representatives, Gloria and William Noline.
