Defendant Henry Schein, Inc., moved for an award of attorney fees (Clerk's Docket No. 744). Defendant did not file a memorandum in

support of the motion for attorney fees as required by Arizona Local Rule 54.2(c). That rule gives a prevailing party 60 days after

judgment is entered within which to file a memorandum plus all of the supporting documentation to support the motion for attorney fees. Judgment was entered in this case on February 6, 2006, so the 60 days have long ago elapsed. Accordingly, the motion of Henry Schein, Inc.,

for a award of attorney fees is denied for lack of compliance with Local Rule 54.2(c).
