CR-03-00423-001-PHX-LOA ORDER REVOKING PROBATION

A Petiton to Revoke Probation having been filed and hearings held with the defendant and counsel present, and the defendant having admitted violating special condition #1. IT IS ORDERED revoking the defendant's probation and the defendant shall be committed to the custody of the Bureau of Prisons for a term of FIFTY-SEVEN (57) DAYS. IT IS FURTHER ORDERED upon release, the Defendant shall comply with the following: You shall satisfy the outstanding special assesment in the amount of $10.00. You shall satisfy the outstanding restitution in the amount of $4,907.68 less any payments made. Any unpaid balance shall be collected by operation of law.

IT IS FURTHER ORDERED that the Defendant's probation is hereby terminated unsuccessfully.

The Defendant is remanded into the custody of the United States Marshals Service and given credit for time served. The Defendant is advised of her right to appeal within 10 days.
