This Court having read and considered Defendants Motion to Continue, no objection by the Government and good cause appearing therefore, IT IS HEREBY ORDERED that the Sentencing Hearing currently scheduled for October 25, 2005, be reset for November 21, 2005 at 1:30 p.m. This court specifically finds that the ends of justice are served by taking this action outweigh the best interest of the public and the defendant in a speedy trial. This finding is based on the court's conclusion that the failure to grant such a continuance would unreasonably deny counsel for the defendant the reasonable time necessary for effective preparation, taking into account the exercise of due diligence. 18 U.S.C. sections 3161(h)(8)(b)(IV).
