ORDER
The Court is in receipt of Defendant's pro se Motion to Defer Restitution Payments

from Term of Current Imprisonment, to Term of Supervised Release.

IT IS ORDERED denying [206] Defendant's Motion to Defer Restitution Payments

from Term of Current Imprisonment, to Term of Supervised Release. The Court's prior
19
order is affirmed.

Per the Judgment dated 3/15/04, the defendant was sentenced to a total of 101
21
months in the Bureau of Prisons (41 months on Count 1 and 60 months on Count 2 [Count
22
2 consecutive to Count 1]), to be followed by 5 years of supervised release (3 years on
23
Count 1 and 5 years on Count 2, to run concurrently). If incarcerated, payment of criminal
24
monetary penalties shall be made through the Bureau of Prisons' Inmate Financial
25
Responsibility Program. Any unpaid balance shall become a condition of supervision and
26
shall be paid within 90 days prior to the expiration of supervision. Defendant was ordered
27
to pay $34,414.58 in restitution, joint and several with co-defendants, and $200.00 in
28

1 special assessments.
