the opening brief The motion is granted.
On July 15, 2005, the district court granted appellant’s motion for
transcripts at government expense and ordered transcripts to be mailed to
appellant. If the district court has not previously provided appellant with the
transcripts, the district court clerk is requested to do so within 21 days after the
g date of this order. _
The briefing schedule is reset as follows: the opening brief is due December
21, 2005; the answering brief is due January 20, 2006; and the optional reply brief _
is due 14 days after service of the answering brief
A copy of this order shall be provided to the district court clerk.
