The transcript of the prior disposition hearing in 19 this case has been prepared and reviewed by all the parties. Defense counsel has 20 consulted with the defendant regarding this matter. Defense counsel also has 21 22 discussed this matter with Glenn McCormick, the Assistant United States Attorney, 23 and the probation officer, Adelina Bustamonte. Defendant intends to admit the 24 violations at the admit/deny hearing scheduled for Monday, March 13, 2006. 25 Defendant suggests that the matter be set for a separate dispostion hearing to follow. 26 The parties have reached no agreements regarding disposition. 27 28 It is expected that excludable delay under Title 18 U.S.C. § 3161(h)(1)(F) will occur as a result of this motion or from an order based thereon.
