It was necessary for Plaintiff Solinvest Group, Ltd., to exceed this page limitation for the Amended Motion for the Award of Attorneys' Fees and Costs because of the complexity of the factual and legal issues addressed therein. In summary, the Amended Motion for the Award of Attorneys' Fees and Costs is thirty-five (35) pages in length which includes a Memorandum of Points

The total award sought therein is two hundred ninety-nine thousand six hundred twenty-five dollars and thirty cents ($299,625.30) in attorneys' fees and one thousand three hundred seventy-seven dollars and twenty--six cents ($1,377.26) in costs. The award is sought pursuant to four (4) distinct legal theories.
