The following day Mr. Freeman called Plaintiff's counsel and indicated that he would need to see the documents regarding Plaintiff's application for fees before discussing it. Mr. Freeman did however indicate that Defendants' counsel were billing their client at the rate of $200.00 per hour. Plaintiff, Nicholas Alozie, by and through his undersigned counsel, hereby provides to the Court this Statement of Consultation pursuant to Local Rule 54.2(d). Undersigned counsel contacted Sheldon Freeman, Esq., on October 25, 2005, to discuss what, if anything, could be stipulated to with respect to Plaintiff's claim for Motion of Attorney's Fees to be filed in this case.
