undersigned counsel, stipulate and agree that the deadlines for the Response to Motion for Partial Summary Judgment by Snell & Wilmer be extended to July 23, 2007. The parties also agree that the date for the filing of S&W's Reply shall also be extended for a reciprocal 14 day period. The purpose of the need for the extension is due to the unexpected illness of the legal assistant to lead counsel for Plaintiff. Therefore, an extension of time to respond to these motions is necessary and appropriate. None of the parties will be prejudiced by this extension and it will not impact the scheduled trial date of January 29, 2008.
