UNITED STATES DISTRICT COURT DISTRICT OF ARIZONA

The Unitied States of America for Standard Construction Company, Inc. PLAINTIFF(S) CASE NO. CV 02-2313 PHX ROS (LEAD)

v. Travelers Casualty & Surety Company, et al. DEFENDANT(S) PLEASE TAKE NOTICE: Pursuant to the Federal Rules of Civil Procedure, and the General Orders, Local Rules, and CM/ECF Administrative Policies and Procedures Manual of this Court, the following deficiency(ies) has been found with the electronically filed document, Standard's Response to Traveler's Statement of Facts, and SCCI's Separate Statement of Facts in Support #118 and also #117 filed by David Gaona: NOTICE TO FILER OF DEFICIENCIES IN ELECTRONICALLY FILED DOCUMENTS

: Incorrect document types selected. This is actually two separate document entries. There is
an Other Documents - Response document and an Other Documents - Statement (as you enter the Statement, you would be prompted for a description which you would enter as "facts in support" and then link to your response #117). You can attach the same PDF to both ECF entries, but separate entries are required for combined documents such as this.

: Document not in compliance with Local Rule 7.1(a)(1). L/R 7.1(a)(1) requires that title
pages filed electronically include the filer's e-mail address; see General Order 05-17 at http://www.azd.uscourts.gov/azd/courtinfo.nsf/General+Orders?OpenView.

: Excess incorrect text in Docket #117 will be deleted; that is, "Standard's Response to
Travelers' Statement of Facts and Standard Construction's Separate Statement of Facts in Support of its Response in Opposition to Travelers' Motion for Summary Judgment" ACTION TAKEN BY THE COURT

: Do not refile. The deficiencies indicated above has been addressed by the Clerk.
