Plaintiff/Counterdefendant Ammar Halloum hereby moves this Court not to

21 accept Defenda;nt’s Intel Corporation supplemental disclosure statement filed on
22 February I3, 2006 for the following reasons.
23 The time line for discovery has expired few months ago, and the Jury Trial
24
was scheduled for February 14, 2006, then it was rescheduled for April 18, 2006.
25
26 In the Final Pretrial Conference on February 6, 2006, Counsel for
27 Defendant’s Intel Corporation stated to the Judge that all discoveries have been

I concluded.
2 The Decision that Defendant is attempting to use as a supplemental

Disclosure statement included opinion, and unreasonable justifications in contrary to

5 1ntel’s witnesses’ admission during the trial in the ALJ Case No. 2003-SOX-7 that
6 Intel committed wrong doing in presenting the Ground Rules and the Hopes and Fears
7 to Plaintifi and that Intel admitted to 3.3 million Dollars in delayed invoices ALJ Trial

10 The decision is appealable and will be appealed by the Plaintiff.
11 Plaintiff respectfully request this Court to reject Defendant’s Supplemental
12 Disclosure Statement.
