On June 15, 2005, the Court granted counsel for Petitioner's motion for a 45
day extension of time to file his brief in this case. The Court did not,
however, extend the time for Respondents to file their brief.
Because it is the intent of the Court that simultaneous briefs be filed, both _
parties shall have to August 19, 2005 to file their supplemental briefing.
