Dear Judge Murguia, in response to your torts CIV 02-2036, CIV 02-2048, and CIV 02-
g 2353 PHX-MHM. I Miki S. Smith a free man must respectfully decline in entering in
any such contract with you or{Ira Schwartz, Esquire}. ____
I will offer a charge to you {Judge Mary Murguia} of $2,000,000.00 per tort. I {Miki
Smith} will enter into a contract for a sum of $2,000,000.00 per Barratry with any tort
that comes from you {Judge Mary Murguia}. This appears to be a fair offer due to the
amount of money you and your courts charge, so the counter offer of $2,000,000.00 per
‘ barratry is a reasonable offer to you Judge Murguia. You as a person and Judge for a I
Court of Law should be able to come up with the $2,000.000.00 per barratry due to your
dealings in the past. If you wish to enter into my contract you have 72 hours to respond
to my offer in writing. If I do not hear from you within the 72 hours upon receiving this 1
offer, than I Miki S. Smith will assume you have agreed to this agreement. This is the
only way I can do business with you {Judge Mary Murguia} or your Courts. It is time to 1
end this nonsense and forgive, forget and move on. The truth is what we have been after
from the beginning and you as a Judge have been after nothing resembling the truth but {
awarding judgments against the innocent. _
