The parties involved will please proceed with all possible speed and diligence in concluding this litigation as to defendants Wong and Buehl. As regards the remaining claims between plaintiff and World Nutrition, the clerk of court will please designate a United States magistrate judge of this court to assist the parties with a courtassisted settlement conference. If this case is not sooner concluded as to all parties and all claims, plaintiff shall provide the court with a further status report on or before September 30, 2007.
