Such additional transcript is of Siddiqui's financial deposition, which was taken on February 15, 2005 (the "Deposition"). The Deposition has already been transcribed and is part of the District Court record as Exhibit "A" of Defendant's Application for Award of Attorneys' Fees on the ADA, Contract and Blacklisting Claims at District Court Docket 262.
