entitled to notice having been notified by service of the Petition in accordance with this Court's Order Re: Petition No. 2, and it appearing to the Court that the relief requested is reasonable and appropriate: IT IS ORDERED approving the Settlement Agreement between the Receiver and the Amanda Beck Guardianship. IT IS FURTHER ORDERED that, following receipt of the settlement payment from the Amanda Beck Guardianship, the Receiver shall file a stipulation or motion to dismiss, with prejudice, the Receiver's claims against the Amanda Beck Guardianship in the action entitled Warfield v.
