18 counsel of record in this case in place of the Federal Public Defender's Office. On 19 November 29, 2005, Mr. Torok was appointed to represent Mr. Loya-Dominguez on 20 a new illegal reentry charge arising out of Yuma, Arizona (Docket No. CR 05-130621 22 23 24 PHX-MHM). On December 8, 2005, Mr. Loya-Dominguez actually entered a guilty plea to the illegal reentry charge in Yuma. The plea agreement in that case actually provides for a combined resolution for the new illegal reentry charge and the

25 supervised release violation pending in this case. As a result, Mr. Loya-Dominguez 26 asks this Court to appoint Mr. Torok to represent him in this case also, and to 27 terminate David Lee Titterington, Asst. Federal Public Defender as his counsel for 28 all further proceedings in this case.
