Dear Honorable Judge Martone:
Following your Chambers advice, I am writing directly to you since counsel, Richard A.
Gould, no longer represents me. This letter is to respectfully request an extension of A
payment of fine. `
The monetary fine that I was mandated to pay bythe Court was $5,000, which was to be ·
paid in full by October 30, 2005. However, I have yet to make full payment because of
consistent delays in my employer-meeting payroll (see enclosed documents), and other ,
financial hardships. Thus far, I have paid $2,080-00- I plan to pay $2,000.00 this month,
December, when the two past due payrolls are pa-id to me. Thereafter, I will pay the
balance oi`$920.00 before January 20, 2006.
For the reasons set forth above, I would respectiinlly request that the Court consider my
deadline for payment is extended to January 20, 2006. Thank you in advance for your
anticipated consideration of and attention to this matter. `

Good Afternoon:
The reserve offunds we received during the early part of this week, coupled with a few dollars held over in our
account from last week, enabled us to finish the October 31, 20U5 payroll with relevant payroll taxes (federal,
state and city).
We currently have no reserve to honor the November 15, ZGO5 payroll, and you should be reminded that we 're
moving deliberately away from partial payroll without having the funds to immediately release against
the entire payroll {which includes taxes) .
We continue to humbly ask for your understanding and patience throughout everything, particularly as we have
entered this holiday! family season. Should anything develop, we will notify you immediately.
