The Court has considered the U.S. Sentencing Commission Chapter Seven policy statements as well as the original guideline range and the disposition report and attachments. The Court finds defendant's supervised release should be revoked. IT IS ORDERED revoking defendant's supervised release. IT IS ORDERED committing defendant to the custody of Bureau of Prisons for a term of six (6) months. Following incarceration, the defendant is sentenced to an eighteen (18) month term of supervised release under the standard conditions adopted in General Order 04-11, with the following special conditions:

You shall participate as instructed by the probation officer in a program of substance abuse treatment which may include testing for substance abuse. You shall contribute to the cost of treatment in an amount to be determined by the probation officer.

2.

You shall submit your person, property (including but not limited to computer, electronic devices, and storage media), residence, office, or vehicle to a search conducted by a probation officer, at a reasonable time and in a reasonable manner.

3.

You are prohibited from owning, maintaining or using a firearm.

4.

You shall abstain from all use of alcohol or alcoholic beverages.

IT IS FURTHER ORDERED remanding the defendant to the custody of United States Marshal for incarceration. The Court recommends defendant be placed in a facility in Arkansas or Oklahoma. Defendant advised of right to appeal.
