The United States, by and through its attorneys undersigned, respectfully requests this 18 Honorable Court enter an order continuing the disposition hearing for defendant Joseph Andrew 19 Murray, currently set for Monday, August 6, 2007, for a period of at least 7 days. The 20 government is seeking this continuance due to the fact that the prosecutor assigned to this matter 21 will not be in the District on that date and it will be in the best interests of the parties and the 22 Court if he his present for the hearing. This is due to the fact that the assigned prosecutor 23 handled this case since its inception. Assistant Federal Public Defender Donna Elm, counsel for 24 defendant, was unavailable to state defendant's position with respect to this motion. 25 / 26 / 27 / 28
