I IT IS HEREBY STIPULATED by the patties, subject to the approval ofthe Court, that
Defendanfs time to answer, move or otherwise respond to the Complaint in this action shall be
extended to September 19, 2008.
The reasons for this extension are the following: (1) Defendant requires additional time to
investigate the allegations ofthe Complaint; (2) Defendant has received no prior extension of
time within which to file its response to the Complaint; and (3) the requested extension should
_ not disrupt the schedule in the case, as a Rule 16 conference has not been scheduled in this
matter.
