STIPULATION AND ORDER FOR EXTENSION OF TIME IT IS HEREBY STIPULATED AND AGREED by the parties hereto through their undersigned counsel and subject to the approval of the Court, that the time within which defendants Atico International USA Inc. and Atico International Limited Corporation (collectively "Defendants") must move, answer or otherwise respond to the Complaint is extended through and including July 8, 2008. The reasons for this extension are: (1) the additional time would allow the parties to explore settlement possibilities to resolve the case; and (2) this will allow Defendants to confer with recently retained Delaware counsel and prepare a response. This extension should not disrupt the schedule in the case, as there has been no initial conference with the Court and there is no Scheduling Order in place at this time.
