ORDER FOR SALE
Upon the motion made above it is ORDERED: 1. That the Constable/Sheriff proceed with the sale of all the goods and chattels levied upon which have not been excluded or released from this distress. The sale shall be made at public auction and as such time and place as the Constable/Sheriff may deem proper and expedient. 2. That notice of sale of goods shall be given in a newspaper published at least once weekly and having general circulation within the jurisdiction of the Court. The notice shall be published at least one time and an additional number of times as the Court designates. If no newspaper meets these requirements, notice may be made by posting on the door of the courthouse. The notice of sale shall be published or posted at least seven days in advance of the date of the sale and the sale shall be held not more than 28 days after notice of sale. The notice shall contain the time and location of the sale. 3. That the Constable/Sheriff shall file a return with this Court showing the sale price and giving itemization of all charges, disbursements and allowances with respect to said sale. The return shall be filed in this Court within one week from date of sale. If no objection to the return is made within two weeks of the date of its filing, the Constable/Sheriff is authorized to make distribution of the monies on hand as set forth in the return without necessity for a further Order of this Court.
