IT IS HEREBY STIPULATED and agreed by and between the parties hereto, and subject
to the approval of the Court, that the time within which Defendants Wocldiardt USA Inc. and
Wockharclt Limited (collectively, “Wocidiardt") must move, answer or otherwise respond to the
Complaint is extended tltrougii and including May 7, 2008. Wocidiardt Limited is an indian
company and has agreed to accept service of the Complaint and also agreed not to challenge
personal jurisdiction in this Court for the purposes of this action. Accordingly, the extension is
requested so that both Wocidiardt USA Inc, and Wocicliardt Limited can respond to the
Complaint on the same date and have sufficient time to consider and respond to the allegations in
the Complaint,
