2. The time between this order and the April 30, 2008 hearing shall be excluded
under the Speedy Trial Act in the interests ofjustlce. 18 U.S.C. § 3161(h)(8)(A).
IT IS FURTHER ORDERED that plaintiff shall file its response to defendant’s
motion (D.l. 14) by April 16, 2008 and defendant may file a reply by April 28, 2008.
