IT IS HEREBY STIPULATED by plaintiffs and all defendants, subject to the approval of
the Court, that time for the defendants to answer, move or otherwise respond to the Complaint in
this action is extended to March 3, 2008. _
I The reasons for this extension are the following: (I) the defendants require additional
time to investigate the aliegations of the Complaint; (2) the defendants have received no prior
extensions of time within which to file their responses to the Complaint; and (3) the requested
extension should not disrupt the scheduie in the case, as there has been no initial conference with
the Court and there is no Scheduling Order in place at this time.
