WHEREAS, on June 3, 2008, a Scheduling Conference was
held in the above—captioned matter;
NOW THEREFORE, IT IS HEREBY ORDERED that:
1) Trial will commence on June 30, 2008, at 9:30 a.m.,
in Courtroom 4B on the 4th Floor, Boggs Federal Building,
Wilmington, Delaware.
2) The parties shall submit to the Court Jointly
Proposed Jury Instructions, along with a copy on disc in
WordPerfect format, no later than 4:30 p.m. on June 20, 2008.
3) Any Proposed Special Voir Dire Questions shall be
filed by 4:30 p.m. on June 20, 2008.
4) Any Motions in Limine must be filed and completed
briefing by 4:30 p.m. on June 20, 2008.
5) The time between June 3, 2008 and June 30, 2008,
shall be excludable under the Speedy Trial Act in the interest of
