On or about August 28, 2007 in the State and District of Delaware, TARIREEF WHITE,
defendant herein, did knowingly possess in and affecting interstate andfor foreign commerce, a
firearm, that is, a Glock Model 23, .40 caliber S&W. Serial No. AVT93OUS, afterhaving been
convicted on or about December 7, 1998, of a crime punishable by imprisonment for a term
exceeding one year, in the Superior of for the County of New Castle in the State of
Delaware, in violationof Title 18, United States Code, Sections 922(g)(l) & 924(a)(2).
FORFEITURE ALLEGATION
Upon conviction of the offense alleged in Count One of this Indictment, defendant shall I
forfeit to the United States pursuant to 18 U.S.C. § 924(d) and 28 U.S.C. § 246l(c), all firearms
and aimnunition involved in the commission of the offense, including but not limited to the
