Your 2009--2010 certified shorthand reporter license renewal fee is due on January 1, 2009. The biennial fee of Sixty Dollars ($60.00) in the form of a check or money order should be mailed to: Administrative Office of the Courts ATTN: CSR Dues 1915 N. Stiles, Suite 305 Oklahoma City, OK 73105 To pay your renewal fee, 1. Make check or money order payable to: Administrative Office of the Courts, 2. Include your CSR number on your check or money order, and 3. Include an imprint of your CSR stamp in the space below:

Place imprint of stamp here Court reporters who reside in Oklahoma or in a county of a state contiguous to Oklahoma will receive a new stamp as required by the Supreme Court. The stamp will be mailed after we receive your dues and may be mailed after January 1, 2009. Please use your old stamp until you receive your new one. Failure to pay your renewal fee by July 1, 2009 will result in the administrative suspension of your certificate or license. Failure to then comply with this requirement will result in the automatic revocation of your license.

If you are a certified shorthand reporter employed by the District Courts of Oklahoma and become eligible for an increase in salary through recognition by the National Court Reporters Association (NCRA) as a CP (or equivalent), CM (or equivalent), RMR, RDR or CRR, written notice must be given to the Administrative Office of the Courts as soon as the results are received from the NCRA along with a photocopy of the test results. Adjustments to the salary of the reporter will be made beginning on the first day of the first month following receipt of the information by the Administrative Office. Please provide below the address to which you want all correspondence from the Administrative Office of the Courts and the State Board of Examiners of Certified Shorthand Reporters mailed:
