PLAINTIFF INOVIS USA, INC.'S MOTION TO STAY ALL PROCEEDINGS PENDING DETERMINATION OF ITS FILED REQUEST FOR REEXAMINATION Plaintiff, Inovis USA, Inc. ("Inovis"), hereby moves the Court to stay all proceedings pending determination of Inovis' filed request for reexamination of U.S. Patent No. 5,812,669.
