Pending before the Court is Plaintiff's "Notice to the Court," filed December 23, 2005. Plaintiff informs the Court that he has not received service packets for Defendants Marshall and Crumbley from the Clerk of the Court. Plaintiff also requests an Order instructing the Court to resend the packets and providing Plaintiff with additional time to return the service packets for execution. The docket reflects that the Clerk sent Plaintiff service packets for Defendants Marshall and Crumbley on December 8, 2005. Therefore, the Court will not issue another Order instructing the Clerk to send additional packets. The Court will, however, enlarge the time period for Plaintiff to return the service packets to 20 days from the filing of this Order. Accordingly, IT IS ORDERED that Plaintiff's Motion for Order, contained in his "Notice to the Court," filed December 23, 2005 is DENIED.

IT IS FURTHER ORDERED that Plaintiff shall have 20 days from the filing of this Order to return the completed service packets to the Clerk of the Court.
