This firm is counsel for QSoft Consulting Limited ("QSoft"), in the
above-referenced action, Civil Action No. 07-391-JJF (the “Civil Action"). 1:~r.wr1=·
On June 19, 2007, osan tiled its vannaa Complaint against Defendants
Teddy Tong and tdtong ltd. (collectively “Defendants") seeking relief under the L,,_.M_,,,

(“ACP.A"), Section 43(c) of the Lanham Act, I5 U.S.C. § l 125, and Delaware’s _mN_

asserts common law trespass to chattel, breach of contract, and trademark infringement

We write to inform this Court that on July 5, 2007, QSoft effecruated
service of its Verified Complaint and Summons upon Defendants (See Notice of Service,
D.I. 3l)' and on July 3, 2007, QSoft effectuated service of its Motion for Preliminary
injunction upon Defendants (Sec Notice of Service, D.l. 32). Furthermore, on July ll,
2007, QSoft served upon Defendants a copy of the Court’s July 10 Order (D.I. 30). At
this time, QSoft respectfully requests that the Court schedule a hearing on QSoft’s
Preliminary [nj unction Motion.
