Free Notice of Availability of Hearing Assistance Devices in Courtrooms - Federal

NOTICE OF AVAILABILITY OF HEARING ASSISTANCE DEVICES
The Court of Appeals for the Third Circuit has available infrared hearing assistance devices similar to those used in some theaters and auditoriums. Should any attorney, party, or member of the public need to use a device during oral argument, notice should be given to the Office of the Clerk in advance of the argument date, preferably at least five (5) days.1 Telephone the Calendaring Unit at 215-597-8096.
