Effective February 1, 2005, Local Rules (E.D. Ky. LBR, 4001-5, 9014-1) are hereby amended to read as follows:

RULE 4001-5. HEARINGS ON MOTIONS FOR RELIEF FROM STAY IN DIVISIONS OTHER THAN LEXINGTON Abrogated. RULE 9014-1. HEARINGS ON MOTIONS Refer to the calendar posted at www.kyeb.uscourts.gov for the current hearing dates for each division and judge. Motions, objections or applications that have not been resolved by or cannot await resolution by the notice and opportunity for a hearing process, including responses to any such motions, objections or applications, shall be noticed for hearing as follows: Ashland Division a) Relief from stay matters for all chapters at 10:30 a.m. b) Chapter 13 continued confirmation hearings and chapter 13 motions to dismiss at 10:45 a.m. c) Valuation hearings and all other chapter 13 matters at 11:00 a.m. d) All other chapter 7, 11 and 12 matters at 11:00 a.m.
