Effective immediately, Local Rule E.D. Ky. LBR 9014-1 (1)(b) is hereby amended to pertain only to chapter 7 and 11 cases for the Lexington Division and shall read as follows: b) Cases assigned to Judge Howard (i) Motions for relief from stay shall be noticed for 10:00 a.m. prevailing time on the Thursday following the second Tuesday of each month. (ii) All other motions and final meetings shall be noticed for 10:15 a.m. prevailing time on the Thursday following the second Tuesday of each month. (iii) All motions which are expected to require more than 15 minutes of court time shall be scheduled by contacting Judge's chambers (859) 2332465. Effective immediately, Local Rule E.D. Ky.
