UNITED STATES BANKRUPTCY COURT DISTRICT OF NEW HAMPSHIRE ________________________________________________ GENERAL ORDER RE: AMENDMENT TO LOCAL BANKRUPTCY RULES 3015-1, 3015-3 AND 3015-4, AMENDMENT TO LOCAL BANKRUPTCY FORMS 3015-1A AND 3015-1B AND ADOPTION OF LOCAL BANKRUPTCY FORM 3015-1C

WHEREAS, by General Order dated and filed on October 16, 2006, this Court adopted the Local Rules, which contain the Local Forms and Administrative Orders of the United States Bankruptcy Court for the District of New Hampshire; and WHEREAS, as authorized by 28 U.S.C. ยงยง 2071 and 2077, Rule 9029 of the Federal Rules of Bankruptcy Procedure, Rule 83 of the Federal Rules of Civil Procedure and Rule 77.4 of the Local Rules of the United States District Court for the District of New Hampshire, the Court has reviewed and amended Local Bankruptcy Rules 3015-1, 3015-3 and 3015-4, Local Bankruptcy Forms 3015-1A and 3015-1B and has adopted new Local Bankruptcy Form 3015-1C; it is hereby ORDERED that the annexed amended Local Bankruptcy Rules 3015-1, 3015-3 and 3015-4, amended Local Bankruptcy Forms 3015-1A and 3015-1B and new Local Bankruptcy Form 3015-1C hereby amend and replace all previous versions of said rules and forms and shall take effect on January 1, 2009, and be used in all bankruptcy cases then pending before the Court and thereafter commenced; and it is further ORDERED that the clerk shall post a copy of this Order in the clerk's office, on the Court's web site at www.nhb.uscourts.gov and shall forthwith cause a notice regarding the amendment of these Local Bankruptcy Rules and Local Bankruptcy Form to be published in the New Hampshire Bar News which indicates that copies are available upon request.
