PLEASE TAKE NOTICE that, pursuant to Rule 30(b)(l) and Rule 30(b)(6), Fed. R. Civ.
P., Sicor Inc. and Sicor Pharmaceuticals, Inc. (collectively "Sicor"), by and through their
counsel, shall take the deposition of Mr. Kevin Sills, a current employee of King.
The deposition will begin at 9:30 a.m. on Thursday, April 27, 2006 at the offices of
Goodwin Procter LLP, located at 599 Lexington Avenue, New York, New York. The deposition
will be conducted before a notary public or other officer authorized to administer oaths.
