NOTICE OF FILING OF PROPOSED ORDER OF DISTRIBUTION To the creditors and interested parties: a PROPOSED PLEASE TAKE NOTICE: On DISTRIBUTION ORDER was filed with the U.S. Bankruptcy Court for the District of Rhode Island, 380 Westminster Mall, 6th Floor, Providence, RI 02903, providing for distribution of funds to creditors pursuant to a Plan of Reorganization filed by pending before the Court. Pursuant to the proposed Distribution Order, the claim of is proposed to be allowed in the amount of $ as a claim within Class of the Plan, consisting of the claims of creditors.
