L. Williams, defendant herein, did knowingly possess in and affecting interstate commerce, a firearm,
to wit, a Bryco Arms, model Jennings Nine, 9II'lI1'1, semi-automatic handgun with an obliterated serial.
A number, after having been convicted on or about February 27, 2002 of distribution of heroin., a crime
punishable by imprisonment for a term exceeding one year, in the Superior Court of New·Jersey,
Atlantic County, in violation of Title 18, United States Code, Sections 922(g)(1) and 924(a)(2).
